These Terms and Conditions govern the use of lorventiq.com, operated by Lorventiq S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71899456-2, registered with IGJ under No. 14,823,026 on March 17, 2026.
1. Purpose
Lorventiq is an informational platform that publicizes real estate crowdlending opportunities in Argentina. The site does not constitute a public offering of securities or personalized financial advice.
2. Registration and accuracy
By subscribing you declare that the information provided is true, accurate and up to date. You agree to notify any change in your data.
3. Age of majority
Use of the site is reserved for natural persons aged 18 or older, or legal entities with duly authorized representatives in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic.
4. Investment risks
Real estate investments are risky and may result in total or partial loss of the capital contributed. Lorventiq does not guarantee returns or the liquidity of participations.
5. Applicable regime
Crowdfunding platforms operate under Law 27,349 on Support to Entrepreneurial Capital and the Rules of the National Securities Commission (Consolidated Text 2013 and amendments).
6. Intellectual property
All texts, images, trademarks and designs on the site are owned by Lorventiq S.A.S. or used under license. Their reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorization.
7. Limitation of liability
Lorventiq will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost opportunities arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it.
8. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.
9. Jurisdiction and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. The Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute.
