Privacy policy
At Lorventiq S.A.S. ("Lorventiq", "we") we protect your personal information in compliance with Law 25,326 of Personal Data Protection of the Argentine Republic and complementary regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to our opportunities list: first name, last name and email address. We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and traffic source, depending on your cookie preferences.
3. Purposes
We use your data to send information about real estate crowdlending projects, to improve our platform, prevent fraud and comply with legal and regulatory obligations before CNV, UIF and AAIP.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent, given when completing the subscription form, as well as the fulfillment of legal obligations and Lorventiq's legitimate interest in operating the platform.
5. Data retention
We keep your data while your subscription is active and for an additional period of ten (10) years to comply with anti-money laundering rules (UIF Resolution 14/2023).
6. Recipients
Your data may be shared with technology providers (hosting, email marketing, analytics) acting as data processors under equivalent confidentiality and security agreements.
7. International transfers
When providers are located outside Argentina, transfers will only take place towards countries with an adequate level of protection or under contractual clauses approved by AAIP.
8. Your rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection set out in Law 25,326 by writing to privacy@lorventiq.com. AAIP is the supervisory authority and you may file complaints there.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access controls, audit logs and annual security reviews by independent third parties.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or platform changes. We will notify material changes by email or with a visible notice on the site.
